millions of people are displaced, thousands are killed

کیوں؟

Pakistan loses 11,000 hectares of forest cover per year, according to WWF Pakistan.

Without riverine forests, flood water spills into human settlements.

When mountain slopes lose tree cover, landslides become deadlier, while invasive plants cause rapid spreading of forest fires.

The cost is measured in human lives.
